Vice-President of Ministries:

Rescue Mission Alliance, a Christian nonprofit located in Oxnard, CA is seeking a highly motivated and proven leader to serve as Vice-President of Ministries, working with the CEO to provide direction and management of multiple ministries providing addiction recovery programs and homeless services across Southern California. Responsibilities include oversight, implementation, and accountability for quality of programs and delivery of services. Evaluates and implements best practices to measure and monitor program outcomes. Experience in supervising, budgeting, and strategic planning required. Helps recruit, develop and deploy key ministry staff. Represents ministries at churches and civic groups to solicit support and educate the community regarding hunger and homelessness. Works with Development Director to plan and produce monthly appeals and newsletters. Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years ministry and management experience desired. Successful candidates must have exemplary character, sound Biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and a passion about ministering life transformation in the area of addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
