General Summary
This position directly reports to the Lead Pastor.
The Youth and Music pastor/leader will develop and oversee the discipleship of young people from Middle School to College. They will lead, plan and develop music and music teams for gatherings.
- Youth Ministry: 75-80%
- Music: 20-25%
Responsibilities
- Lead and teach Middle School and High School programming
- Plan music and other artistic/creative elements of worship gatherings
- Identify and develop current and new Ministry Partners (volunteer leaders) in youth and music
- Lead and organize all youth activities (Camps, youth events, fundraisers, etc.)

Administrative/Other
- Congregational care
- Attend and participate in staff meetings
- Attend and participate in Advisory Council (Elder/leader Board) meetings
- Maintain and be accountable with ministry budgets.
- Maintain/utilize any necessary social media outlets for promotion and engagement
- Support other staff and ministries as needed
- Support all Church functions as needed
- Attend required district or denominational events (TBD)
- Complete any and all required reports (TBD)
- Provide efficient and timely communication
